The Full Story
The book and its Ebook versions
For the past 25 years, I've been practicing energy (Qi) bodywork, with positive results in recovery, relaxation, and pain relief. In 2018, I had to stop teaching yoga full-time and massage therapy after discovering a congenital hip dysplasia and testing positive for HLAB27, a genetic disorder of the immune system causing joint inflammation. My practice of meridian stretching, Chinese medicine, and energy work allows me to stay young, manage pain, and maintain a positive spirit.
My teaching and passion for ancestral healing techniques carry on in my book, assisting anyone in connecting with energy through practical exercises. The Golden Chamber of Qi is a 430-page comprehensive hardback book (and Ebook) full of energy and Taoist spiritual wellness. It's equivalent to receiving your yin yoga training at home, which is how I wish I had learned about yoga earlier in my life. Each technique breaks down into simple instructions inspiring you to connect with Qi.
The Golden Chamber of Qi aims to guide and inspire yin yoga teachers and practitioners with a unique approach to the energy of yin yoga.
It offers Taoist roots of Eastern wisdom, providing insights into the science of vibrational energy, the ancient knowledge of Chinese medicine and meridian stretching applied to yin yoga classes.
